Your Internet Protocol (IP) Address
When a visitor requests a page from any site within the MIMOSA network, our servers automatically recognize that visitor's domain name and IP address. We use this information to examine our traffic in aggregate, and to investigate misuse of the MIMOSA network, its users, or to cooperate with law enforcement.
MIMOSA may use single-pixel gif images, sometimes referred to as web bugs or web beacons, to count Web page accesses and gather some general statistical information.
MIMOSA offers access to some services that require registration. We may use your business contact information to send notification to you of MIMOSA products and services by e-mail and/or postal mail. We do not share this information with any third party.
Information Collected When Making a Purchase
On selected pages, MIMOSA uses the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted servers. SSL encrypts the information transferred between your browser and our servers, rendering it unreadable to anyone trying to intercept the information.

- Protect and defend the rights or property of the MIMOSA network of sites and related properties, or visitors to the MIMOSA network of sites and related properties,

MIMOSA reserves the right to transfer all such information in connection with the sale of all or part of MIMOSA's capital stock or assets. MIMOSA uses reasonable commercial efforts to secure its computer and network systems. MIMOSA will not be responsible for unauthorized access to its computer and network systems nor for the disclosure or destruction of personal information.
