Standards developers and users alike seek to untangle the technologies and protocols underpinning repeatable\, scalable\, and sustainable data management from the shop floor to the top floor.    This is the second annual Industrial Digital Ecosystem Summit.  NIST hosted the first summit last June\, the same week that ISO published ISO TS 18101-1.  ISO 18101 is the first ISO standard to provide requirements for a supplier-neutral industrial digital ecosystem\, based on the Open Industrial Digital Ecosystem (OIIE) and the associated OIIE Oil and Gas Interoperability (OGI) Pilot.  This year's summit will continue feature the OIIE and ISO 18101 along with other important standardization activities related to industrial digital ecosystems.
